We believe funding should never be a barrier. That’s why we provide access through Indiana’s Next Level Jobs Employer Training Grants, Workforce Ready Grants (WRG), Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), and MyCAA scholarships for military spouses. With 25 funded programs covering in-demand topics, participants can gain competitive, market-ready skills.

Registered Behavior Technician
This online course is designed to give the learner a basic understanding of applied behavior analysis, functional behavior assessment tools, teaching methods, behavior change strategies, and ethical guidelines for therapists treating children and adults with autism and intellectual disabilities.

Course: Customer Experience Excellence (CXX) Training

The Employer Training Grant will reimburse employers up to $5,000 per employee who is trained, hired, and retained for six months after approved professional development for in-demand industries, up to $50,000 per employer. Training can be customized for a group of future leaders or individualized certifications. Show us your pain points, and we will create a tailored solution to help you build the team you need.
